"Look what I found when I was going through stuff," Philip Jensen said as he handed me this camphor glass canoe, a souvenir of Hardies Creek, Wis. "Where did you get that?" I exclaimed. "I think it was probably my folks or Aunt Mary s. " We started looking at it and think the flowers are hand-painted. We couldn t find any markings on the glass. . The assumption is that it came from the old Hardies Creek Store on HWY 54. Does anyone know anything about this? Were they from the store? When did they sell them?
