Martin Moore, 65, took a knife with a six inch blade from the kitchen of their Bowmans Green home and slashed his son Darren three times with it. Mr Moore was at his wits’ end because he was still supporting Darren, who was living at home at the age of 44, St Albans Crown Court heard last month.
