The first being your power of the press. You should speak to the people. Not scare them, but inform them that this is a serious attack on our people. Let everyone know that the virus is deadly and that we will work on finding a way to contain it. And that we will find a way to fight it. This will help limit the spread of an unknown virus until we can figure it out.
