JUNE 2020, ISSUE 22 FREE BREAKTHROUGH AMAZING GRACE THOUSANDS RAISED FOR TREATMENT A 14-year-old girl from Chalfont St Peter has raised more than the £36,000 she needs to fight her rare form of brain cancer. Grace Gaskell needs to be treated with a drug called Everolimus, which is not currently available on the NHS. Grace, was diagnosed in July 2018 and since then, she has undergone two gruelling years of treatment and chemotherapy. A GoFundMe page was set up on May 19 by her mother, Rebecca, and has raised more than £45,000 already with more than 1,800 donors pledging their support to Grace and the Gaskell family.
