This study assessed school hazards management and teachers’ job effectiveness in secondary schools in Ikom Local Government Area of Cross River State. Four null hypotheses were formulated accordingly to guide the study. The design adopted for the study was ex-post facto research design. Census technique was employed in selecting the entire population of 551 teachers in the area. The instruments used for data collection were “School Hazards Management Questionnaire (SHMQ)” and “Teachers’ Job Effectiveness Questionnaire (TJEQ).” Collected data were analysed using descriptive statistics; while the null hypotheses were tested at .05 level of significance using Product Moment Correlation Matrix Analysis.
