Rosemary Ginger Syrup 4 cups water ⅓ cup cider vinegar 4 cups sugar 1 lb ginger, unpeeled, sliced thin 4 oz rosemary 1 Tbsp salt 1. Simmer all ingredients together until very fragrant. Strain.
