Casting and Mise en Scene Considerations. The male model will either be photographed in a mid-shot or a medium shot. I have chosen these camera shots as it allows the audience to clearly see the model’s facial expression as well as their clothing and the smoke around them. If I were to take close ups, we would not be able to see all the smoke around them. In terms of props, the model will be holding a smoke can in their right hand, which will be raised above their head. Smoke cans are being used as they are often seen in action films and will therefore fit perfectly on my action film front cover. In terms of editing, I am hoping that there is enough smoke that comes out from the smoke cans. If not, I will Photoshop some more in. The location is my garden. However, as we are filming at night, when it is dark, the location will not be too visible. For my 2nd front cover and contents page, the model will be female.
