It is a leading global, diversified media, information and services company with more than 360 businesses. It has ownership in some of the largest and most successful cable television networks in the world, which include the likes of ESPN and HISTORY. Their print and digital brands reach over one in three UK women and one in four UK men every month. This is a positive thing for my magazine as it will be well distributed, which means many people will have access to it. It is also important to note that Hearst’s brands reach both men and women. This will mean that I can produce a magazine that will appeal to both genders.
