GENERAL CONTRACT FOR SERVICES This Contract for Services is made effective as of June 21, 2017, by and between Kadeem Clarke ("KP Oceans) and Coming Of Age ("COA") 1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. Beginning on June 21, 2017, COA will provide to KP the following services (collectively, the "Services"): Handle All Creative needs of clients. Example: Website, Social Media, Graphic Design Etc. 2. PAYMENT. Payment shall be made to Coming Of Age, in the amount of $150.00 upon executing this Contract. A monthly payment of $40 each month for the duration of the contract. (Excluding current month of June 2017) TCshall pay all costs of collection, including without limitation, reasonable attorney fees. In addition to any other right or remedy provided by law, if Kp fails to pay for the Services when due, COA has the option to treat such failure to pay as a material breach of this Contract, and may cancel this Contract and/or seek legal remedies. 3.
