(9 pts) Exhibit 1 summarizes all the basic (important) information we have on all four properties, i.e. Alison Green, 900 Stony Walk, Ivy Terrace and The Fowler Building. We are aware that these properties come with different specifications and different mortgage plan. So by organizing the data in such manner in Exhibit 1, we are making it for us and for the investors to compare and contrast salient factors on all four properties. From this table we can see that we have two different types of property - apartment buildings and office buildings.
