We also looked at local and state public policy to get an understanding of what to expect in terms of laws and taxes. After narrowing the area down to the Bay Area, we examined local demand, amenities, growth projections, and overall attractiveness of the property. Each investment property has a certain type of potential investor. We identified 704 E 17th Street Fourplex as a low risk and low reward property already heavily renovated with steady cash flows. A conservative investor with little free time to take up property management duties would be a great fit for this property.
