Chocolate chip cookies Ingredients: 200g butter (room temperature) 1,5 dl sugar 1,5 dl brown sugar 1 tbsp vanilla sugar 1 egg 4 dl flour 1 tbsp baking soda 0,5 tsp salt 3 dl chocolate chips How to do! 1. Start with warming up the oven to 200ºc and dress a sheet with baking paper, set at page. 2. Beat the butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla sugar fluffy. Add the egg and beat until the dough goes together. 3. Work in the flour, baking soda and salt. Knead together the dough to a smooth dough. 4. Add ⅔ of the chocolate chips and work into the dough. 5. Roll 10 big balls of the cookie dough. Divide the balls on the middle and put on a sheet. 6. Bake the cookies in the middle of the oven for 9-10 minutes, take out the cookies and put the rest of the chocolate chips on the cookies. 7. Let it cool down on the sheet before you eat the cookies.
