On the way back from a well-known conference for Independent Baptist pastors and leaders, some of the members of our church came to ask me about what was for them a new doctrinal topic that some of their hosts, as well as the speakers at the conference, had promoted with a great deal of enthusiasm.
During the course of a previous conference in this same region of Venezuela, one of the men in our church reported a similar episode in the home of his hosts. We assumed that this had been shared by a new believer who was slightly confused in his doctrine; therefore, we did not pay a great deal of attention to it...
