Invasion of the Barbarians Within the Roman Empire, The Holy Roman Empire of German Nation has a bi-millennial tradition. Only Germany this year expects 800,000 Africans and Asians from several so-called failed states, abandoned by the Christian-European administrations half a century ago. Since these mainly moslem and idolatrous populations had failed to maintain in their countries the minimum conditions of civility, are flooding now in the EU, by crossing the Balkans on foot, or the Mediterranean by boat. In short, what they seem to be saying is since you left us behind without a decent civilization, we descend upon you. The European Union is not an Empire, has no Constitution, and the democracy deficit of the 28 sovereign states seem to paralyze all its major decisions, nonetheless we may still speak about it as a failed imperium or sacerdotum.
