It is usually composed of : – some raw or cooked vegetables (200 gr.) – some meat (100 gr.) – a portion of starchy food (50 gr.) – one portion of dairy products – a raw or cooked fruit ( 100 gr.) A snack may be taken in the afternoon. Here's an example of a balanced snack : - one fruit ( 100 gr.) - a dairy product ( a yoghurt, some milk) - a cereal product ( cereals or bread) - a drink ( water, orange juice.....) To finish, the dinner is taken between 6.30 and 8.30 pm. It should provide a maximum of 35% of the daily needs.
