There are 44 statements that form the 5 APAC People Manager Standards and these reflect the behaviours that are required by all people managers in leading their teams. This report provides detailed feedback for managers to use in their journey of going from Good to Great. Your ‘self evaluation’ score is compared to your team, primary & dotted line manager & average score, to help you highlight and understand any differences in perception, and/or identify any blind spots. Number of people & % of possible respondents who responded to the survey. This does not include ‘you’. Each of the 11 Dimensions comprises of 4 Behaviour statements (total of 44) and the average scores from direct reports, along with Dimension rating received from Managers is used to arrive at the Dimensions average score.
