Information note for sponsored participants You have been invited to participate in the Third Meeting of States Parties to the Convention on Cluster Munitions to be held 11-14 September 2012 in Oslo, Norway. With the financial support of donor countries, UNDP has set up a sponsorship programme to facilitate the participation of low-income and affected states. The programme will provide flight ticket (economy class most economic route), accommodation in Oslo and meals for up to two government nominated delegates per eligible country. 1) REGISTRATION AND NOTE VERBALE All delegates must register on the conference website at http://3msp.clusterconvention.org/ where further background information and practical details are available. UNDP requests a Note Verbale from relevant government institutions confirming the names, titles and contact details of the delegates nominated for sponsorship.
