The Birmingham Kings 123 Main St. 333-123-4567 TO: Security Officers FROM: Lizzy Hallmark, VP of Marketing and Communications DATE: Nov. 3, 2016 SUBJECT: New security procedures in the stadium Our security is undergoing changes regarding the entrances to the stadium. Changes will include smaller maximum bag dimensions, more thorough bag searches and pat-downs along with the purchase of new, high-tech metal detectors. Maximum purse dimensions are now six inches long, six inches tall, and two inches wide. Hollowed boxes in these dimensions will be placed at all entrance tables. Any purse that fits in the box does fit the dimensions and should be allowed into the stadium. Bag searches should include: • Thorough pocket searches on all bags • Locating and throwing out all liquids • Making sure all bags fit the required measurements In the case that there is a patron with a child under two years of age, they may enter at entrance 23, where we will have heightened security for larger, child-r
