RUF Fall Social Event Plan ● Goal: ○ To foster community among RUF attendees and staff. ● Objective: ○ To plan and implement a fun and casual social event for Reformed University Fellowship. ○ To utilize available resources to plan cost-effective event. ● Team Member Breakdown: ○ Erin, co-chair and head of planning and communication with hosts ○ Trey, co-chair and head of manual setup and labor ○ Other RUF Social Team members: Nathan, Hayden, Crisitiana, Jenny, Katie, Henry Timeline of Plan: ● August-September 2016 ○ Contacted venue for pricing and availability ■ Succeeded in acquiring the venue for free, including use of chairs, tables and other decorating items. ● October 2016 ○ Met with Ministry Team at large to discuss needs for social going forward ■ Handed out assignments and broke down members into work time slots ● October 20-November 1, 2016 ○ Finalized plans including speaking with band about time, money and set up needs, working with local markets for discounts on decor item Less
