C To whom it may concern, I have worked in multi-family community living for the past two years while attending Texas State University. I am graduating in December with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mass Communication and Public Relations. While working at Copper Beech Townhomes I have been the top leasing agent, and employee of the month in February 2016. During the summer of 2016 while I was not in school I was the Sales Manager, overseeing Turn for our 415 units and setting leasing goals for the property. I was able to gain important experience resolving resident conflicts and maintenance issues. In my final semester at Texas State I worked on two campaigns. The Hays County Food Bank and Texas State’s Common Reading Program both needed help with their social media engagement. I made analytics reports for the Common Reading Program and created content for both client’s social media outlets.
