INTRODUCTION PRAGMATIC COMPETENCE The idea of this article is based on the conviction that students can develop their skills and remember the target Language better, if learners are exposed to the target language. And as it is known well, language classroom does not provide learners with tools and opportunities so it means that they do not have a meaningful practice in class and the only way to develop pragmatic competence in English is by being exposed to the language, if we draw analogy between an eight year old boy who is born in a English speaking country and a non- native speaker, there is no difference at all, children do not spend time studying the language, they do not study for a test, they do not memorize words, nobody tell them how to pronounce this or that nor anything like that, and a person who is living in a country where English is not used in his/her social context, they study the language, they memorize words, they study for a test, as a matter of fact, a non- native
