Mather Memorial Hospital SPRING 2016 matters (continued on page 9) Kenneth Jacoppi, Esq., Chairman of Mather’s Board of Directors, has the distinction of being the Hospital’s longest serving board member. Jacoppi, who joined the board in May of 1977, has served for 39 years. He is joined by fellow board members Konrad Kuhn who has served for 38 years and Harold Tranchon who has served 37 years. In addition, Hospital President Kenneth Roberts will complete 30 years as President this June, and has been with the Hospital for 34 years, the first four as Senior Vice President. “Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would serve this long,” said Ken Jacoppi Longevity in Leadership Aids Mather Hospital’s Success Jacoppi, an attorney who lives and practices law in East Setauket. “It takes a while to learn what’s going on at a Hospital.
