Cycling for libraries Belgium Cycling for Libraries? C4L is an international organization founded in 2011. Each year, a cycling tour is organized, aiming to promote the library sector. Besides the official organization, local initiatives have been launched in different countries, with the same inspiration and the same purpose. Example: CycloBiblio (France) Cycling for Libraries Belgium! C4L Belgium is one of those local initiatives. This is what we want: - Organize a cycling tour in Belgium in September 2017, - during three or four days, - in the region of Hasselt - Eupen - Liege - for professionals from the library sector - from the three language communities of Belgium.
