Making connections UK telco launches consumer-facing IoT system January 31, 2018 Vodafone has entered the Internet of Things (IoT) consumer market with an integrated system that lets people connect and monitor various smart products to Vodafone’s IoT network. The platform, called V by Vodafone, consists of an IoT sim card (V-Sim) and an app, providing a single dashboard for all IoT-enabled products registered to a customer’s account. Vodafone has focused on four product categories (and devices) for the launch – automotive, mobile security, pet care and bag trackers. ©2018 Contagious
