This time of year Santa is said to be busy in his workshop making toys for good little boys and girls! But in Fort Nelson, Santa already has his toys made and shopping done. His firewood is chopped and his snow plow is ready for the snow to start falling. Now he is trying to figure out just what he and Mrs. Claus should be doing to their big rig for the “big” show. Yes! This is Fort Nelson’s Santa!! With their fall work done, Mr. and Mrs. Claus will soon be decorating their Big Rig with Christmas lights and other seasonal decorations to be ready for the Fort Nelson Family Development Society’s Second Annual Christmas Parade of Lights. This year’s parade will be held on Sunday, December 2. This will be the fifth time that Santa and the locals have worked together to bring Christmas Spirit to the community.
