Our sincere apologies to all the passengers inconvenienced over the Easter period. Our backup vessel MV Arrow was chartered especially to cover this type of scenario and she was called into service to guarantee Island supplies and free up additional vehicle deck capacity on Ben-my-Chree. Extra crew were utilised to increase our passenger capacities and additional Ben-my-Chree sailings were scheduled to Heysham and Belfast. Unfortunately, because of delays getting in to dry dock, and due to the unusually low level of the high tides, Manannan was unable to exit the dry dock until Sunday 3rd April.
