Pickleball comes to the Margo Fournier Centre PICKLE- WHAT? What is Pickleball you ask? It’s a lively racket game for all ages and abilities. Pickleball was created with one thing in mind FUN. It was designed to be easy to learn and play whether your five, seventy-five or somewhere in between. It is the fastest growing sport in North America right now! We welcome you to come and try out a sport that can keep you active and meet lots of new people. It can be a lot of fun so just come as you are! Tuesdays 7:00pm-9:00pm $6.00 CASH ONLY fee for all players Every Tuesday beginning on October 18, 2016 At the Margo Fournier Centre 1211- 1st Ave West Pickleball is played on a badminton sized court with special pickle-ball paddles, made of wood or high-tech aerospace materials. The ball used is similar to a whiffle ball, but slightly smaller. The lower net and whiffle ball allow the game to be accessible to people of all ages and abilities while still challenging more competitive players. For m Less
