! . ! . Note: As quickly as possible, the guideway is diverted into the Downtown core via a two-wayed Columbia St. to the Third Ave. Transit Corridor. The Intersections through Pioneer Square and Downtown are controlled with timers to guarantee BRT precision schedules. RapidRide buses will now have the right-of-way. The bi-directional BRT lanes on Columbia St. are situated in the center of the street. This will provide a single lane on either side of the guideway, one-way, to allow for restricted local travel and garage access. Left and right turns over the guideway are permitted only at designated intersections. Street parking will no longer be available to commuters and visitors. Note: Bi-directional BRT lanes on Alaskan Way will be situated on the east side of the new boulevard. 3rd & Columbia Alaskan Way & Jackson Source: Esri, DigitalGlobe, GeoEye, Earthstar Geographics, CNES/Airbus DS, USDA, USGS, AEX, Getmapping, Aerogrid, IGN, IGP, swisstopo, and the GIS User Community Esri, HE
