While all the facts are not yet known, documents and videos posted by the alleged perpetrator provide a detailed view into the mindset and careful planning of a violent actor. Though there is no single model/path from ideology to action, the information in these documents provides an opportunity for public safety personnel to re-examine current training with regard to indicators and warnings, and may allow for the development of new countermeasures.
