A third man, Khuram Sher, was arrested in London, Ontario on Thursday. Allegedly, the men were preparing a terrorist attack against targets in Canada and abroad. The men were purported to be members of a cell with suspected links to al-Qaeda and were planning to construct remote-controlled improvised explosive devices. At least three others are alleged additional conspirators; named in court documents were James Lara, Rizgar Alizadeh (the wife of Alizadeh) and Zakaria Mamosta. More arrests are expected. D
