Matt Hi Matt, I´m so sorry that you are problems with your roommates, I think it is solution. You would is to talk with your roommates, also you can do explain how you feel. This way, you know you can always study and sleep after this time. I think you should decide on a house rule like for both of them as after pm. Maybe they realize there is a problem, they can try to be quieter. Then they know what to do. I really hope my advice helps!
