The Executive Leadership Academy (ELA) is a learning & development program initiated by Coconino County Human Resources and the Employee Growth and Development Commit- tee (EGAD). The purpose of ELA is to provide seminars that will retain and sharpen our high- est performing county employees to high level leadership roles.
