No more books.” You know the rest. But, for many children, summer is a time when their nutrition suffers. There are many students who simply do not have enough food to eat at home. This is where the “Summer Feeding Program” comes in. Summer Food Service is spon- sored by, and paid for through United States Department of Agriculture and the Texas Department of Agriculture.
