SCHOOL NR.17 BOTOSANI-ROMANIA OCTOBER STORY – WORDLIST FROM CZECH REPUBLIC CLASS 6B – TEAM 1 WHISPERS IN THE DARK Last month I met Sam, an old friend, at the church. It was a cold morning, with low temperatures, so I wore my coat. Our relationship began 10 years ago when I went on a trip to Miami. WE met there and we became friends. Then he invited me to his place, a big house in Canada, which had a lake nearby. I stayed at Sam’s for about a week, but it was an exciting experience. In my room there was a poster on the wall, a poster of the Milky Way galaxy. One night, I had a dream. The room was silent, but suddenly I heard whispers in the dark. I completely froze! It was a dragon, who had kidnapped me and taken me to an island full of cannibals. They attacked me and wanted to kill me and eat me. I fought the cannibals and apparently God loves me, because I managed to run away. I was successful. When I woke up, I couldn’t hear the whispers anymore but I realized that I had overslept. I
