Introduction Back in December, PN’s Dr. John Berardi posted a link on his Facebook page to an article on Science Daily, with the headline: “Aerobic Exercise Trumps Resistance Training for Weight and Fat Loss” This post led to much controversy and outraged discussion. Why? Where to begin? First, Science Daily’s headline misrepresents the study’s results.
