ARMANDS BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT GROWTH St. Armands Circle is enjoying the addition of new merchants and renovations of existing businesses on the Circle. Improvements range from store expansions to new locations and new concepts. The BID continues to provide steady and reliable funding for additional services intended to accommodate the expanding commercial base. Whether you're a longtime resident, business owner, or someone visiting the Circle for the first time, there is a good chance you're utilizing BID-supported services. The BID has developed a Strategic Plan to help guide the Circle's growth in a balanced, responsible way.
