Acceptable Use Policy Introduction Reino de Holanda I.E.D. School’s community directs efforts to comply with the purposes of the Institutional Educational Project (PEI): productivity based on communication and values. Therefore, students are provided with access to technology to foster these purposes by means of the ethical and responsible use of it (Kemerlind, 1997). All technologies provided by Secretaría de Educación and the school are intended for education purposes. This AUP is directed to all secondary students who are expected to strictly follow and respect it. Regulations stated in the Community Handbook apply to all behaviors related to the use of technology. Technology includes computers, laptops, smart boards, video cameras, video beams, TV sets, DVD players, access to internet, among others.
