If you are living in the western world then you'll never be adept enough to meditate efficiently. I
acknowledge this statement appears serious and many those people reading this will without delay
want to disagree with me. Be truthful with yourself, do you really think you will reach the type of
transcendental meditative states entered usuall only by life-long meditators?
A lot of research, in the scientific arena, points to the reality that meditation can help make you
more healthy (both emotionally and physically), help you to look younger, bolster the immune
system, help you recuperate faster after operations, subjugate stress, help you to live longer, blow
away former emotional issues and transform negative beliefs.
Can it be truthful then to state that meditation doe not work?
