Hi, I'm Maryanne Savage. I'm the Aesthetic Nurse Injector at Boston Plastic
Surgery.
We decided to select a patient who would be willing to have us join her in
the journey over a year long period of some facial rejuvenation on her
face. Kelly was the willing participant. She's 42 years old, and we will
chronicle each step along the way of what we did versus skin care and
injectables to rejuvenate and enhance her own natural beauty.
So here's Kelly. She is our 42-year-old woman who, when she presented to
me, when we discussed on what she saw as her overall areas of improvement,
she wanted her skin complexion, the brown spots, the redness and ruddiness
that she has, improved. She wanted some of her facial lines, that I'm
pointing out here, improved as well as she complained about her thin upper
lip. All these areas can be addressed with a variety of skin care
treatments, Botox for facial lines and filler in volume restoring some of
the volume that she has lost.
