Robert F. Uhlmann is a founder and partner of Cochran,
Uhlmann, Abney, Duck & Wright. He concentrates his
practice in the areas of tort and insurance defense,
commercial litigation, product liability litigation,
premises liability and residential and commercial
construction litigation. He is a member of the Memphis
Bar Association and the Tennessee State Bar, to which
he was admitted in 1975. He is admitted to practice in
the United States District Court of Tennessee and the
Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Uhlmann attended Georgia Technological Institute
on a football scholarship and received his Bachelor of
Arts cum laude from the University of Memphis. He received his juris doctor from
the University of Memphis Law School, where he was a member of the Law
Review.
