The revision of the specimens of the Epilachnini tribe, deposited in the Entomological Collection of the National University San Antonio Abad of Cusco (CEUC), allowed the identification of 30 species within the genera Epilachna Chevrolat and Toxotoma Weise. The identification was made by examining the male genitalia and consulting the original descriptions. The species come mainly from the provinces of the Cusco region, in an altitudinal range between 1500-2800 meters above sea level. Epilachna v-pallidum v-pallidum Blanchard, E. bistrispilota Gordon and E. pseudospilota Gordon, are cited for the first time in Peru, and for the first time for the region of Cusco to Epilachna strictanotata Gordon, Toxotoma venusta (Erichson) and Toxotoma guerini Gordon.
