Elle est très célèbre en Russie, où elle a été traduite, ainsi que beaucoup d’a utres, par Samouil Iakovlevitch Marchak. C’est un poème très drôle et imagé, qui décrit un énorme enfant qui se plaint de ne pas avoir assez à manger tout en ayant tout dévoré sur son passage.
