LNG JOURNAL PUBLICATION 3 March 2015 LNG Unlimited Chart Industries, the liquefied natural gas equipment-maker, said significant LNG processing and distribution opportunities could result in orders during late 2015 and 2016 that could prove to be larger than any the Garfield Heights, Ohio-based company has captured in the past. Chart's LNG equipment has been sold to projects from North America to Indonesia and China and the company is well placed with its small-scale and mid-scale offerings of equipment that turns natural gas into liquid to make it easier to ship or truck to other areas and for use as a fuel. Sales and profit Net income for the fourth quarter of 2014 was $26.9 million compared with $23.2M in the same three months a year ago. Net sales for the fourth quarter of 2014 increased 7.3 percent to $326.1M from $303.8M in the comparable period a year ago. Gross profit for the fourth quarter was $96.9M, or 29.7 percent of sales, versus $93.8M or 30.9 percent in the 2013 quarter.
