The local chamber recently received the 2016 B.C. Chamber Executives Chamber Communications Award for chambers with 1-200 members. “This award was granted for the efforts of the Enderby and District Chamber of Commerce in their newsletters, social me- dia interaction, events calendar and con- nection with their membership,” explained chamber president Lynne Holmes. “As we move forward we are continuing to find new and creative ways to connect and engage our members and fu- ture members.” The chamber board is currently restruc- turing and moving in a new direction as they adapt to the depar- ture of general man- ager Corinne Van De Crommenacker. “With the new staff- ing structure comes an opportunity to re- vamp, rebrand and give the chamber a new face,” Lynne add- ed.
