Criminal conduct by divorce attorney Paula Salinger and collusion with Judge Matthew J. Gary alleged in documentation leaked by Sacramento Family Court whistleblower. As this 12-page set of documents reveals, Salinger illegally influenced a contempt victim and witness using a fraudulent threat to seek attorney fee sanctions. Influencing a witness by fraud is a crime under Penal Code 187(b). Using financial coercion, Salinger also maliciously intimidated the victim and witness from giving testimony in the contempt case, a violation of Penal Code 136.1. As page one reflects, at an unrelated court hearing, Gary prejudged the contempt matter and telegraphed to Salinger how he intended to rule, before Salinger had even filed a response. Neither Salinger nor Gary has been held accountable for the criminal conduct and conspiracy. Salinger is a sworn temporary judge of Sacramento County Superior Court, and an officer of the Sacramento County Bar Association Family Law Executive Committee.
