May you all enjoy a year of good health, profitable investments and happiness in all your endeavors. 2011 was a year of change. Our board of directors underwent significant change. As shareholders, you endorsed the appointment of Mr. Laurent Arthaud (FSI representative), Mrs. Annick Schwebig and Mr. Pierre Bastid as members of the board. On page three of this letter you will find a detailed outline of Cellectis‘ changes in governance structure. In October the Group left its Romainville premises and relocated to Paris.
