Q:
Does the county have any plans
to fix the clock at the courthouse?
A:
“The clock at the courthouse has
had problems as would be expected
of a clock made in the 1890s,”
Coryell County Judge John Firth
reported.
“Because there are clock
parts that have gone bad and are
not available, Mr.
John Mach from
Circle R Heating and Air in Gatesville has taken the initiative to have
parts manufactured that should help
get the clock operational.
Mr.
Mach
plans to install the parts the week of
October 21st….
and we all owe him
our gratitude.
