Hubert LASSERRE Lecturer hubert.lasserre@ipag.fr Biography Hubert Lasserre has a master’s degree in organizational management from the University of Nice IAE. Hubert has many years of experience in consulting in the fields of Logistics, Purchasing and Project Management. This has included international missions to Senegal, Bosnia and Morocco. His academic appointments include Head of Department and Quality Manager for the department at university. He is a specialist in the ISO quality standards for social responsibility and sustainable development.
