Membership Induction Process Summary The following documents represent the results of a review by the Membership Committee of the “New Member Management” process documents that existed at the start of this Rotary year. The result is a framework of documents that have been flushed out with detail and revised, where necessary, to reflect the Membership Committee’s interpretation of current Rotary objectives towards membership expansion. The basic principles have not been changed; 1. A new prospective member is proposed by a Sponsor 2. The prospective member goes through a vetting phase, including a review of their history and CV, a series of social inter-personal interactions giving the membership opportunities for assessment and a formal interview with members of the Membership Committee 3.
