MINUTES OF CLUB COMMITTEE MEETING – NO.3 TUESDAY 15th September, 2015 at 1.45pm At Estoi Pousada PRESENT - Jim Ditheridge, Phil Wyndham, Manuela Robinson, Jim Bell, Christine Fay, Daniel Silva, Angela Weitmann. In Attendance – Robin Wilson Minutes of Meeting – 18th August Approved. DISTRICT GOVERNOR VISIT on SEPT 22nd 2015 Robin explained different issues regarding organisation and protocol for the lunch. Many members and guests are expected to attend. A flag ceremony is scheduled. FELLOWSHIP DINNER Our club will celebrate our 7th Anniversary at San Antonio restaurant in Faro, Friday 25th September. Daniel reminded that all guests would be able to choose between 4 menus. A raffle may also be organised with a minimum donation of 5 euros (no coins please). The money raised will go to Club funds. ADMIN Phil expects the badges to be available very soon - Dean is awaiting the magnets from Germany. It is re-confirmed that only board members will have their own Business cards printed with the
